2026 REUNION WEEKENDS:
REGISTRATION STEPS

STEP 1:
COMPLETE LIABILITY FORM

All Reunion Weekend participants (Fellows and guests) are required to
complete our Liability Form. Please follow THIS LINK to complete your form.

STEP 2:
RESERVE CABINS

Each Fellow is required to reserve their cabin for the 2026 Reunion Weekend.
Locate your GROUP NUMBER within the email titled "2026 Reunion Weekend - Confirmation Email." Please follow THIS LINK to reserve your cabin.

STEP 3:
SUBMIT TRAVEL INFORMATION

45 days prior to your reunion weekend The Pahara Team will send you a
travel form that will allow us to collect your travel information and arrange shuttle
service from Denver International Airport to Pahara Institute at Lone Rock.

In the meantime, review the information shared below about getting to Lone Rock.

GETTING TO LONE ROCK RETREAT

TRAVEL & GROUND TRANSPORTATION

If you are traveling from outside the area, Denver International Airport is the closest major airport. The drive to Lone Rock takes between 1hr 15 min to 1hr 45 min depending on weather and traffic. 

 

FLIGHTS & SHUTTLES TO LONE ROCK 

Flight arrangements and costs are the responsibility of Fellows. Shuttle service between Denver International Airport and Lone Rock will be sponsored by Pahara. Please plan your arrival and departure flights according to the following shuttle times. Travel plan costs outside of the listed shuttle times are the responsibility of the fellow.

In most cases, your cohort is not the only one having a reunion on each weekend. Your transportation is shared between all cohorts who are attending.

 

Friday Airport Shuttle 

  • 1:00 PM (to arrive at Lone Rock by 2:30 PM)

  • 3:00 PM (to arrive at Lone Rock by 4:30 PM)

 

Sunday Departure Shuttle

  • 11:00 AM Shuttle (to arrive at the airport by 12:30 PM)    

 

Helpful Tips!
 

  • Book your flight to/from Denver International Airport (DEN). 

  • On arrival day, it will take ~30 min to navigate through the Denver Airport to the shuttle meet up. 

  • Flight departures from Denver (DEN) on Sunday should depart after 2:00 PM (Mountain Time) to give yourself enough time to get through security and get to your gate. 

  • Rideshare options to and from Lone Rock are unreliable. Reunion participants should not plan on using rideshare travel. 

 

DRIVING YOURSELF

  • Plug in the directions by clicking this link: **Lone Rock Google Maps link or typing in Lone Rock Hitching Post (Bailey, CO 80421) Once you are on HWY 285 S, you will continue on this road and the entrance is directly off the highway on your right. You will see a gate with the Lone Rock logo. See a picture of the gate below for reference.

  • Text Lone Rock at 719-350-6069 with your arrival ETA before leaving to get the gate code.
     

  • When you get to the gate, please send a text to the Lone Rock communication thread. Once we receive your text a Lone Rock team member will head to the entry lot to pick you up and bring you to the welcome building.
     

  • After you enter the gate, the first building you come to, on the right, is our only parking area. Please find an open parking spot and a team member will greet you!
     

  • When it’s time to depart, please text the Lone Rock communication thread 15 minutes prior to the time you would like to leave to secure a ride to your vehicle.

  • Plan to arrive after 2:00pm. Early arrivals are not able to be supported.
